AKM Miles has been reading voraciously for many, many years. Books and movies have always been of great importance for it was stories and characters that filled dreams and satisfied needs. It is only within the last few years that the world of M/M love stories has become a passion. This author finds literary works of male love more interesting, sexy, and exciting.

The preference of this author is for the characters to recognize and admit their love for each other, and then have to face an outside conflict together. AKM doesn't like the angst of whether or not someone is loved, back and forth, up and down, does he or doesn’t he. Yikes! Love, admit it, and face life and its problems or crises as a team. Makes it much more interesting in my book… or books as the case may be.

AKM has a world of friends, but only a few who know of the special books that are now being produced. Just as in the life of gay love, there are those who can not deal and those who offer unconditional support. AKM is grateful to those who support and especially to those authors who paved the way.
