Jessy and Mike are having a day out, looking at some young swimmers, introducing a new generation of fans to Mike. It's not so much the outing that either of them looks forward to, though. It's the reward they give themselves when they get home that really makes Jessy and his swimmer happy! Featuring the boys from Sean Michael's Personal Best novels!

Jessy was watching a bunch of juniors swim. He was doing a favor for another coach, picking out potentials. This was a good batch; Alonzo had a good eye, knew how to get the best out of them. He'd asked Mike to meet him here, thought maybe the kids would enjoy meeting him, getting a pep talk.
Mike hurried up, almost late and wind-blown, hair everywhichway. "Hey, Coach. Sorry. Traffic."
"S'okay. They're not quite done yet. Take a look. Tell me what you think."
Mike's dark eyes danced over the water. "Kid in lane three looks good. Lane five's okay, but he'd be better at backstroke. The little girl in six is a decent sprinter."
Jessy grinned. Mike would make a great coach one day. He had a great eye and loved the water more than anyone Jessy knew. "So, you know what you're going to tell them?"
"Swim every day, love it. Drink all the caffeine you can before your coach finds you."
He laughed, clapping Mike on the back. "You know, not every coach is a hardass like me."
"No. Only the best ones."
"Oh, now you're going to make me tear up, kid." Or want to lean over and lay one on his swimmer right here in front of God and all these kids. "Come on, let's go give these kids a pep talk and then go home and have a pep rally of our own."
"Oooh! Do I get to be the cheerleader?" Oh, Mike was in fine form today, tight little ass shaking.
Jessy tilted his head. "Sure -- you'd look cute in one of those little skirts."
Mike grinned, whispered, "Perv."
"You know it."
