Richard is dog-sitting for a friend when he meets Adam, and very out professor with a penchant for weird hats. It's cold enough to give Adam a reason to invite Richard back to his place for some hot chocolate, and that might just be all they need to enjoy a little whipped cream. Or each other. Will Richard and Adam warm each other up?

Sometimes I think that I let my friends take advantage of me.
All right, not really, and I don't usually mind when Cedric asks me to feed and walk his mastiff while he's away, but it's cold enough out to freeze a guy's balls off, so I'm feeling a little less than charitable right now.
I get Beastly to the park and undo his leash, letting him run and run and get his yayas out, hoping he's feeling the cold as much as I am. I mean his bits? They're kind of hanging out in the weather, you know?
Doesn't seem to bother him though and he's found a stick and wants me to play fucking fetch with him.
Damn.
We're going to be here an hour and it's going to take me three after that to get all my bits unfrozen.
As I launch the dammed stick again I wish I hadn't given up smoking, because then I'd at least have something warm to hold onto.
"Gigi! No!" A scarecrow of a guy comes barreling from a tree, chasing a basset hound. The pup's ears are flopping almost as much as the guy's four-foot long, rainbow-colored, knit elf-hat. "You leave that other dog's stick alone!"
I can't help but laugh. I mean, the elf-hat would be enough to do it, but a basset hound called Gigi? I just lose it, warming myself up with laughter.
The dude leaps for the puppy, missing her altogether as she steals Beastly's stick, running hard. Beastly snorts and steals the guy's hat.
Still laughing, I help him up and start trying to knock some of the snow off him. "You all right, man? It's too cold to be playing in the snow."
"Yeah. Yeah, tell me about it. Can I have my hat back?" The guy has the greenest eyes and the brightest red hair I've ever seen. Looks like a frigging elf. So I guess the hat suits.
"I hope so." |
