Adam realizes that he runs the risk of losing his
lover, Jace, if he won’t give Jace the same physical pleasure that Jace
gives him. But sometimes practicing blowjob techniques is just awkward. How
far is Adam willing to go to ensure that his stubborn pride doesn’t chase
away the one he loves?

Adam Corelle let out a groan and shoved two fingers
under his glasses to rub his right eye. He was already dreading going
home to his partner, Jace Richardson, after the fight they’d gotten into
that morning. They’d had arguments before -- over Adam's voluntary extra
shifts at work, over Jace's disapproving mother who made a point of
reminding Jace he still had a room in her house if he ever wizened up
and left Adam -- but Adam had never stormed out of the house like he had
that morning. And never over something so stupid!
He’d ended up at his best friend Cole Richardson's apartment before
remembering far too late that his best friend was also his partner's big
brother. Cole had just answered the door with a look of amused
exasperation.
"What happened this time?" Cole asked as he stepped back from the door,
letting Adam in. "Want a beer?"
"Or something stronger if you've got it." Adam walked inside and threw
himself down onto the blue and red checkered couch, avoiding the spring
that always stabbed him in the ass when he sat down.
"That bad? What did Jace do this time?" Cole went into the kitchen and
came back out with a beer and a glass of scotch.
Adam took the scotch thankfully and took a long gulp. "Am I that
obvious?"
"Only to someone who's used to playing referee. Now spill it." Cole sat
down in the blue lawn chair and propped his feet on the wooden crate
coffee table.
"This is going to be so awkward," Adam muttered, "but here it goes.” |
