Jericho Jones knows that the amazing scavenger hunt he's been on is about to come to an end. He and Caleb, the beautiful man he met on the trail of treasure, have split up for a while, both of them knowing they need to concentrate on the clues.
When Jericho gets the chance to hook up with Caleb again, he takes it, and just in time. Dangerous men have been following Jericho, waiting for their chance to spring, and he'll need all of Caleb's help to make it through. Can Jericho and Caleb stay safe, and win the prize?

Man, Jericho'd thought that Australia was hot, but Singapore and Indonesia and China were all hot and sticky.
Not that he would have minded if he'd had time to explore and enjoy the countries, but he was always on the run, always trying to find the clues and get to the next place, and really, this whole treasure hunting thing was turning out to be a lot less fun than he'd thought it would be.
Maybe part of that was because he missed Caleb. A lot.
But he'd wanted to see the world, and he was starting to wonder if he would have been better off just taking his inheritance and doing a world tour with it. Sure his passport had stamps from dozens of countries, but he'd barely seen any of them. He hadn't had a chance to enjoy the cuisine, to go to any out of the way places.
And the pressure was always there to keep up, to get ahead, to be the first to get to new clues.
There were some faces that were growing familiar, such as Annie, the girl who they'd known was ahead of them in Australia. And Klaus, a really jerky guy who refused to talk to anyone else, though from what Jericho'd seen, it wasn't just the other treasure hunters he was rude to, but everyone.
And then there was Caleb. They'd run into each other a fair bit, often finding themselves on the same flights or in the same hotels, certainly they were neck and neck in clue finding.
But they didn't talk very much -- it would have been too easy to slip back into being lovers and that had been distracting them both from the race.
Jericho fanned himself as he waited for the boarding call to Turkey, and tried not to think about Caleb. He'd come this far, he couldn't give up on the treasure hunt now. He could go visiting places later. And maybe he could hook back up with Caleb later, too.
There was no one else here, which had him half excited and half nervous. He was ahead of the pack, he was sure of it. Of course, he was also going back to Turkey and it worried him to death that he'd misinterpreted the clue.
And if no one else was going back to Turkey... maybe that wasn't where he was supposed to be going.
