White Cream Chili
from AJ Hardcourt

Saute
1 TB oil
1 lb breast of chicken – cubed
1 med onion – diced
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder or fresh

Add
1 15 oz cans great northern beans – drained and rinsed
1 14.5 oz chicken broth
2 4oz cans chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes uncovered
Stir in 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipping cream. Serve.
